The rule of thumb is generally the cheaper the copier/printer the more expensive it is to run. Anyone producing over 1,000 pages per month will save money in the long run on toner and general running costs.
Cost all comes down to how much you use your machine. Some clients print 1-2000 pages per month, others print this (and more) every day. The initial cost is outweighed by the cost of producing copies over the machine's lifetime.
We have three sides to our business, Sales, service and supplies. Sales are all done online or at your office, service is 100% performed onsite and supplies are shipped from our store in East Tamaki. We are Auckland based covering greater Auckland from Warkworth to Waiuku and Maraetai to Waimauku.

Exchanging toner in most of our machines is as simple as opening the front cover, sliding the old toner out and inserting the new cartridge. This is a no mess, no fuss operation. Once the new toner is installed the machine will automatically calibrate itself and then commence printing from where it left off.
All our MFD’s have scan to email and scan to folder as standard. Our installation team will set this up for you when the machine is installed. Setting machines up correctly ensures no printing or scanning issues down the track.
