Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please review our returns policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

• Unopened Products:
  Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within five (5) business days of delivery.
  
• Faulty or Incorrect Items:
  If a product is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error, it may also be returned within this period — even if the packaging has been opened.
  

All returned items must include a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase.

Return Process

1. Contact Us First:
   Please contact us at service@copierservice.co.nz before sending any returns.
   We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation reference.
   
2. Shipping Responsibility:
   
   • If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
     
   • If the item is faulty or supplied in error, Copier Service Company will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a courier pickup.
     

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within five (5) business days after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
  
• If applicable, the original shipping fees may not be refundable (except in cases where the item is faulty or supplied in error).
  
• Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
  

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Products that have been opened or used (unless faulty)
  
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  
• Special-order or clearance items (unless faulty or supplied in error)
